On February 6, 2025, as part of the Cooling Down project, the Romanian Geoexchange Society had the pleasure of organizing the virtual event SPECIAL SCHOOL – EcoCool Innovations: Leading the Way in Sustainable Cooling. This event brought together over 100 participants from around the world, including experts, researchers, and professionals in the field of sustainable cooling, from diverse continents such as Asia and America.
The main goal of the event was to explore recent innovations and innovative solutions that can contribute to the development of a more sustainable future in terms of efficient and eco-friendly cooling. Participants had the opportunity to learn and discuss the latest technologies and practices in the cooling sector, which have a positive impact on the environment and energy savings.
We would like to extend special thanks to the president of EGEC, Mr. Philippe Dumas, for his continuous support in promoting sustainable solutions and for the ongoing collaboration. His contribution was essential to the success of this event, and his involvement provided valuable insight into the global importance of sustainable cooling.
