WHO CAN BECOME A MEMBER?
Any person involved in/interested in the field of geothermal heat pump heating/cooling systems can become a member of the Romanian Geoexchange Society. Individuals or legal entities interested in becoming RGS members must read and agree to the RGS Statute.
RGS members benefit from information, access to scientific, technical and administrative materials from the country and abroad to which RGS has full access as the only professional association in the field in Romania. RGS members also benefit from consultancy and exchange of ideas in the circle of stakeholders established around RGS.
PROCEDURE AND MEMBERSHIP FORM
To become a member of the Romanian Geoexchange Society, either as an individual or as a legal entity, it is necessary to complete and send by e-mail the membership form, signed and scanned, together with the requested documents.
For individuals, the following documents are required:
- Copy of the identity card
For legal entities, the following documents are required:
- Copy of the administrator’s identity card
- Copy of the company registration certificate (CUI)
- Copy of the certificate of verification AGA (General Meeting of Shareholders) Decision
The annual membership fee is 10 EUR for individual members and 50 EUR for corporate members and must be paid by September 30. Members who do not pay the membership fee by this date will be considered “suspended” until it is paid. If a member does not pay the membership fee by December 31, he/she will be considered “excluded”.
The membership fee is paid in RON, at the BNR exchange rate, to the account of the Romanian Geoexchange Society, opened at Unicredit Bank: RO28 BACX 0000 0026 7040 7000. After making the payment, please send a copy of the PO endorsed by the bank to the e-mail address office@geoexchange.ro.
